Training at Seishinkan Dojo
Training at Seishinkan Dojo is calm, methodical and grounded in traditional Japanese martial principals.
Classes focus on correct movement, posture, balance and awareness. Techniques are studied carefully and practiced repeatedly, allowing understanding to develop over time rather than being rushed.
There is no competition and no emphasis on performance. progress is measured through consistency, personal responsibility and the gradual refinement of skill.

Partner practice conducted safely and respectfully.

Weapons training to reinforce body movement, which may include such weapons as spear, bo staff, sword and hanbo
